Don’t you wish you had tons of money to hire a personal trainer and dietitian to help you in losing weight?

Of course, I do dream and wish once in a while. I wish I had lots of money to hire a massage therapist to do lymphatic drainage massage for me every day until my body is back to my old good shape.

Hubby thinks that I need the appetite suppressant pills to help control my weight gain even before the Thanksgiving day arrives!

What to do? I am on holiday mood now.

Who wants to lose weight during holiday season? Let me enjoy my holidays and yummy yummy cookies and dishes until the end of December.

Or better still, remind me of losing weight after the first week of January, okay?

I have gained much weight these past few months. If I still don’t do anything, I will have to buy bigger sized clothing.

What’s my size now? L size going to XL.

Hubby says I shouldn’t waste money on new clothes. I just need a bit exercise to help me get back to L or M size.

I read that new judge Kara DioGuardi gave negative comments only for Katrina Darrell’s audition and that Darrell had no singing talent at all.

Some American Idol fans figured that Kara was jealous and thus gave such negative comments.

I was surprised that Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson let Katrina Darrell aka the Bikini Girl through the audition in spite of mediocre performance.

Perhaps the American Idol program crew wanted Katrina Darrell to attract more people, especially casual non-viewers of American Idol, to keep coming back to the American Idol 8 program.

Well, I don’t know if this works. But one thing for sure is that there will be an increase in the number of girls trying to buy Lipovox or other diet pills to lose weight so that they can look as slim as Katrina Darrell the Bikini Girl.

On April 10, I wrote that hot mama Jennifer Lopez managed to lose 40 pounds in 4 weeks. It’s May 23 today. How is she doing now? Has she got back her shape yet?

As an entertainer, Jennifer Lopez is under the pressure to get back in shape and look good. I bet she’ll push herself harder than you and I will to lose weight.

And I believe Jennifer Lopez probably has a higher fat-burning metabolism because she worked out before she got pregnant, she performed on stage until she was almost 7 months pregnant and most importantly, she exercises regularly.

A person who exercises regularly has much easier time burning fat than someone who doesn’t exercise and only depends on weight loss pills.
