And I believe Jennifer Lopez probably has a higher fat-burning metabolism because she worked out before she got pregnant, she performed on stage until she was almost 7 months pregnant and most importantly, she exercises regularly.

A person who exercises regularly has much easier time burning fat than someone who doesn’t exercise and only depends on weight loss pills.
