Hot mama Jennifer Lopez is serious about losing her baby weight quickly. She loses 40 pounds in four weeks with aid of grueling workouts!
J-Lo’s regime extends to waking at 4am. That’s when the little people awake. Running up and down the stairs all day, feeding two children, washing their clothes and keeping them in nannies sure does scorch those calories.
She has also hired a team of nutritionists and trainers to help her shed the pounds. Lopez’s workouts include Pilates, cardio, and weight training.
Lopez gave birth to twins on February 22. The babies are the first children for Lopez and the third and fourth for her husband Marc Anthony, who has two daughters from a previous relationship.
