Female celebrities and supermodels’ svelte figures and radiant energy can make you blanch, even on your most confident of days.

If you think that celebs spend monotonous hours on the elliptical or boring reps on weight machines, you are wrong. Celebs are reaping the fitness advantages of simultaneously using multiple muscle-groups and an assortment of weighted tools — as well as their own body weight — as they go through fluid full-body motions.

Celebs like Angelina Jolie, Uma Thurman, Charlize Theron, Penelope Cruz and Susan Sarandon do combination moves that involve multiple muscle groups at the same time, such as walking with bicep curls. They do core balance exercises combined with isometric contractions.

Some celebs do a combination of yoga, Pilates, and cardio training because they are the healthy way of getting fit and getting it done right.

The best bodies belong to the stars who consistently workout, eat healthy and do colon cleanse.

It seems as if everyone including celebrities like Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Love Hewitt has acne problem. Pimples can be a nuisance beyond the teenage years.

Acne often is hormone-related, but other factors such as hair follicle structure and bacteria also can cause it. Females get it more than males.

Common acne treatments include oral antibiotics and anti-hormone medication such as spironolactone. For some women, birth control pills also can help in reducing pimples.

Besides using acne treatment medication and products, remember not to pop pimples yourself or pick at them. This can make the condition worse and could cause scarring. If the problem persists, seek the help of a dermatologist.

And also avoid eating too many processed or fried foods. Instead, try foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acid, such as salmon and fresh fruits such as cantaloupe and berries.
