I saw the preview for this Planet Earth - The Complete BBC Series after searching for airbrush info and decided I had to own it for the cinematography alone.

The photography is absolutely stunning, and the moments the Planet Earth team were able to capture are simply unbelievable.

Beyond being a great nature series, what I love about owning this boxed set of Planet Earth - The Complete BBC Series, is it’s something I will keep with me for a LONG time and be able to re-watch time and again. Not only is it something that I will be able to enjoy, but it’s something that I can show to my kids someday that will be better than all the brain-sucking cartoons that are out these days.

This cheap DVD’s set of Planet Earth - The Complete BBC Series shows how wonderful our world is, by now, because of the global warming and the endangered species in different points of the world. A ‘must have’ for any person that cares about the environment.

You Can Heal Your LifeI was supposed to order a TV wall mount for my aunt, but I went to order You Can Heal Your Life, the movie, expanded version for my uncle who was recently diagnosed with stomach cancer.

The movie is all about empowering and appreciating yourself and covers virtually every area of your life.

You Can Heal Your Life is a great gift for anyone who might be going through a difficult time in their life. My uncle is fighting for his life with cancer, I think this movie will give him encouragement to go on fighting and winning over the cancer.

One of the things I like the most about You Can Heal Your Life, the movie, expanded version is that on the first disc there is an affirmation section on the menu directed at different areas of our lives that is very uplifting empowering.

Weeds - Season Three (2008)I remember I bought the first series of Weeds together with some colon cleanser products online.

It took me a few episodes to really get into it, after which I was totally hooked. Season 2 was equally brilliant and Weeds - Season Three certainly didn’t disappoint.

All the characters have fully expanded into the extreme of their type - which is exactly what I would expect of an entertaining show. This is not reality - this is an extremely funny parody of stereotype characters.

Nancy Botwin is the perfect character, you love her, but sometimes want to slap her. Parker is an amazing actress and makes this show work from beginning to end. I also love her youngest Shane, he’s excellent this season and glad to see him getting more and more airtime.

Some of the scenes in Weeds - Season Three had me laughing to the point of tears. Couldn’t stop myself watching the whole thing in two nights.

Iron Man (Special Collector's Edition) [Blu-ray]After being busy selecting some home lighting, I only have time to talk about Iron Man now.

I am a big Marvel Comics fan, always have been, but I shall be amongst the first to throw stones at Marvel and Hollywood for the way they’ve treated so many of me childhood heroes on the silver screen. “Spiderman” was fine, but all the rest of the lot were… well, less than good.

Then comes “Iron Man“. I was expecting “Fantastic Dare-Hulk 7″ but what I got was something different entirely. It was really good.

“Iron Man” is well casted, well played, and indeed, well made.

The action sequences doesn’t steal the picture absolutely, as have been the case with earlier superhero films; nor does the film lack character development. The humor works, for a change, and although this film absolutely is sci-fi d’or, it somehow doesn’t seem that far fetched. It is made believable, or at least acceptable.

Army Wives: The Complete First SeasonI am grateful that I can use my cousin’s computer for my online work. Otherwise, I have to resort to computer rentals for a few days in order to complete my online assignments.

Not only am I free to use the computer for my work, I can also watch as many DVDs as I like during my stay at my aunt’s house.

Tomorrow, hubby and I will be back to my aunt’s house again. I guess I am going to complete Army Wives: The Complete First Season.

This show of Army Wives: The Complete First Seasonis amazing. It’s a little unrealistic in some respects (as far as the military goes), but other than that - it’s fantastic! It’s entertaining and also gives you insight into some aspects of military life.

It’s funny, emotionally heart-wrenching, and touching all at the same time. Once you watch it, you’ll laugh, you’ll cry…and you’ll want to buy the DVDs!

Sex and the City: The Complete Third Season (1998)During my stay at my aunt’s house, I got the chance to watch tonnes of DVDs. I can’t believe the huge collection of cheap DVDs that my cousins own. I think it’s going to take me a few months to finish all the movies.

I managed to watch the Complete Third Season of Sex and the City while searching for herbal acne treatment information and managing my niche blogs.

I’ve loved each season of Sex and the City, but, in my opinion, the third season is the best one!

This is the season where the characters begin to evolve and grow as people. It is also the season in which Charlotte (Kristen Davis) marries Trey (Kyle McLachlan) and Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) meets the gorgeous and adorable Aidan (John Corbett). And need I mention the eternal party girl Samantha (Kim Cattrall), the cynical career girl Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), the memorable Mr. Big (Chris Noth) and the show’s brightest star — other than SJP — New York City!

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal SkullThe most anticipated movie, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull finally hit the cinemas.

Can you imagine Harrison Ford, who turns 66 in July, did a lot of running around, chasing, jumping, whipping, rolling around in the jungle? He wanted to be Indiana Jones and didn’t want anyone else doing those stunts.

I have the cheap DVD collection of The Adventures of Indiana Jones. I am now looking forward to the release of the DVD of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull as part of my cheap DVD Collection.

How I wish my passport was not expired and I could fly to the US to watch this box office movie.

Finding NemoFinding Nemo is the fifth installment for Pixar Studios, the most reliable studio in Hollywood today, and it is my personal favorite.

From the breathtaking wonder of the Great Barrier Reef, to the cold, sterile fish tank, Finding Nemo (Two-Disc Collector’s Edition) is top notch and truly state of the art.

I love Finding Nemo very very much because it’s warm, witty, heartfelt, and funny story of a father’s quest to reclaim his son.

Albert Brooks, who stars as the voice of Marlon, the daddy fish, had taken his son to the premiere. After about five minutes, Brooks said his son leaned over to him, and quietly said, the way a grownup might, “I cannot watch this movie,” and walked out. Late in the movie, the son returned, having obviously been crying. Leaning over, Brooks assured his son, “You are not Nemo.”

Such is the power of this fish story about father and son clownfish who become separated, and must struggle to find their way back to each other. The story has truly hit the parent right in the gut.

I am going to watch a few more cheap DVDs on animated movies today after I order some golf bags for hubby.

The Bourne IdentityThe Bourne Identity is a superb action and drama movie. It is not a non-stop action thriller but yet is sure to keep your interest because you don’t know what is going to happen next.

The Bourne Identity’s Matt Damon (as Jason Bourne) has no clue what is going on. All he knows is that people are trying to assassinate him. Towards the middle of the movie it becomes very intense. Bourne’s agency sends out three agents to kill Bourne. At this point Bourne must combat these guys. Each guy is fought in a different way, separating this movie from the typical action movie.

HD DVD quality is excellent and allows you to rediscover the movie, specially the audio which is very good.
I am going to recommend a few more cheap DVDs after I check through my home insurance policy.

Cheap DVD Celine Dion: Live In Las Vegas- A New Day (2007) April 23, 2008

This is a wonderful cheap DVD to watch, and has been watched at my home several times already!

Even if you have the slightest interest in Celine, you should get this Live In Las Vegas- A New Day DVD set. It is beautiful to watch, with back-up dancers and singers. The presentation is awesome and the sound quality is excellent!

The disc #2 of the DVD’s is the same concert, only it’s behind the scenes. It shows Celine Dion getting ready for the show, eating, and most of all, the rushing around to get prepared. It shows her in between songs running to her dressing room and getting her outfits changed. It also shows her dancers point of views.

It has all her greatest hits including “I’m Alive”. Very nice.
