Please tell me which plugin you are using to block sp@mmy comments?

I am sick of seeing this cheap DVD and iPod blog being sp@mmed every day.

My blogging pals are using the same plugin I am using. They are also sick of seeing so many stupid comments.

Do you still check and approve comments?
