My buddy has bought a huge collection of Elmo DVDs for her son who is autistic. Elmo is the only one who can get her son to focus on something longer and the consistent format is a desired quality.
Elmo is one she can either crash in the recliner to watch with her son, or leave him to watch it while she does dishes, straightens up or manages her online auto insurance business.
