Zac EfronTalking about High School Musical teen heartthrob Zac Efron, I still remember some of my buddies’ complaints about this super cute teen star.

My buddies’ daughters were so crazy about Zac Efron that they would dig out every single penny from their savings accounts to buy Zac Efron T-shirts, Zac Efron lunch boxes, Zac Efron posters, and the list went on. Fortunately, the craze only lasted half year or so.

From a woman’s point of view, I have to admit that Zac Efron is irresistible.

High School Musical 3So your kids are still crazy about High School Musical’s Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens? I guess they should be ready for ‘High School Musical 3: Senior Year’ that is coming back October 24 on the big screen.

I will never forget the day I received High School Musical 1 & 2 Cheap DVDs from Amazon.com. Kids from the neighborhood crammed into my house watching the movies and saying positive things to me about the movies.

Hubby suggested we place 2 popcorn machines on the porch and in the home theater room respectively since the kids are prone to watching DVDs in our house. Money collected can be used to pay off our utility bills and the maintenance fees of our home theater.

Julia RobertsWhile dusting some cheap DVDs this morning, I was surprised to have found back Julia Roberts’ My Best Friend’s Wedding that had been lost for some time. It was among some travel supplies.

I miss My Best Friend’s Wedding Julia Roberts so much. When is she going to release a new movie? No idea.

The latest news is that Pretty Woman Julia Roberts will host the annual fund-raising gala for Westport Country Playhouse on Monday, Sept. 15. That’s all?

She must be enjoying her motherhood so much that acting has taken a back seat. She is a mother of three kids now.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal SkullThe most anticipated movie, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull finally hit the cinemas.

Can you imagine Harrison Ford, who turns 66 in July, did a lot of running around, chasing, jumping, whipping, rolling around in the jungle? He wanted to be Indiana Jones and didn’t want anyone else doing those stunts.

I have the cheap DVD collection of The Adventures of Indiana Jones. I am now looking forward to the release of the DVD of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull as part of my cheap DVD Collection.

How I wish my passport was not expired and I could fly to the US to watch this box office movie.

On April 10, I wrote that hot mama Jennifer Lopez managed to lose 40 pounds in 4 weeks. It’s May 23 today. How is she doing now? Has she got back her shape yet?

As an entertainer, Jennifer Lopez is under the pressure to get back in shape and look good. I bet she’ll push herself harder than you and I will to lose weight.

And I believe Jennifer Lopez probably has a higher fat-burning metabolism because she worked out before she got pregnant, she performed on stage until she was almost 7 months pregnant and most importantly, she exercises regularly.

A person who exercises regularly has much easier time burning fat than someone who doesn’t exercise and only depends on weight loss pills.

Finding NemoFinding Nemo is the fifth installment for Pixar Studios, the most reliable studio in Hollywood today, and it is my personal favorite.

From the breathtaking wonder of the Great Barrier Reef, to the cold, sterile fish tank, Finding Nemo (Two-Disc Collector’s Edition) is top notch and truly state of the art.

I love Finding Nemo very very much because it’s warm, witty, heartfelt, and funny story of a father’s quest to reclaim his son.

Albert Brooks, who stars as the voice of Marlon, the daddy fish, had taken his son to the premiere. After about five minutes, Brooks said his son leaned over to him, and quietly said, the way a grownup might, “I cannot watch this movie,” and walked out. Late in the movie, the son returned, having obviously been crying. Leaning over, Brooks assured his son, “You are not Nemo.”

Such is the power of this fish story about father and son clownfish who become separated, and must struggle to find their way back to each other. The story has truly hit the parent right in the gut.

I am going to watch a few more cheap DVDs on animated movies today after I order some golf bags for hubby.

With cheap DVD Iron Man out of the way for the moment, the next Marvel movie to hit the big screen will be The Incredible Hulk. Yes, the Incredible Hulk, that monstrous, green apparition that became the rage in comics in the early sixties and television icon in the seventies is back on screen again.

The Incredible Hulk stars Edward Norton as Bruce Banner, aka, the Hulk, as well as Liv Tyler, Tim Roth, and William Hurt. It hits cinemas first in Australia on 12th of June, and hits cinemas in the UK and USA a day later on the 13th.

The Incredible Hulk, due June 13, is said to have a formidable obstacle to overcome: Ang Lee’s Hulk (Widescreen 2-Disc Special Edition) in 2003.

I couldn’t wait to watch The Incredible Hulk in June. June 13 is easy to remember as it’s the renewal date of my car insurance policy.

As expected, Syesha Mercado became the tenth finalist eliminated from American Idol’s seventh season. Syesha Mercado was voted off American Idol Wednesday night, paving the way for the expected showdown between David Archuleta and David Cook. Next week is the David Archuleta vs. David Cook finale.

Next week’s finale featuring David Archuleta and David Cook will be the first time two guys have faced off since Idol’s second season, in which Ruben Studdard defeated Clay Aiken by a razor-thin voting margin.

Who will snag the title next Wednesday?

One thing is for sure: His name will be David.

I guess I will have a few hours off and leave my search on used cisco next Wednesday to see who will be the next American Idol.

I personally hope that David Cook is the winner. He is so much more versatile than David Archuleta. I like David Archuleta’s charming face and sweet smile. No doubt, Archie’s fan base has faster, spastic fingers!
